Leasing Process
- A minimum of four people are needed to sign the lease
- Fill out an information form – you will need your social security and driver’s license numbers
- Read the entire lease
- Clarify any questions with the property manager regarding the lease
- Select a contact person for your group – this person will convey any questions or concerns you may have to management – i.e. repairs that are needed.
- Sign the lease
- Pay full security deposit (one month's rent divided between applicants). Please make the check to Galt Speak Student Homes
- Entire leasing process takes about 45 minutes. A copy of the fully-executed lease will be mailed to the contact person of the group once the security deposit check has cleared the bank.
